The projoct scope:
- Temperature maintenance of 10.5m x 50mm UPVC ferric chloride pipework
- Frost protection of 10.2m x 15mm UPVC pipework
- Thermal insulation to be weatherproofed with polyisobutylene sheeting
- Over-ride temperature control on the 50mm pipework
- Adhesive aluminium foil tape to be installed between the heating tape and the plastic pipework.
Plot 1100 - Gloucester Business Park
Supplied materials and labour to install a trace heating system to maintain the DHWS at 55°C together with accessories to purge the system weekly to sterilize and prevent the formation of Legionella.
Grand Theatre - Leeds
ESH provided trace heating to frost protect both the AHU and DHWS pipework within the theatres rehearsal rooms. Supplied and installed 130m of H2OWAT55.
Andrew Corporation - USA
A busy start to the year for Andrew Corp meant a busy start of the year for ESH - designed and supplied another 64 x 3.7m dish heater panels.
RSL Steeper LTD - Leeds
ESH supplied materials and labour to install the trace heating tape to provide frost protection to the Recirculation & Blow-down pipework.
Cattedown WTW - Plymouth
Supplied and installed FBTBOJ trace heating to frost protect Galv and plastic pipework.
Newhall Primary School - Sutton Coldfield
Supplied a further 150m of VC8/2 to this project.
Southern Water Pennington STW
The project was to supply, install and commission trace heating and insulation (with aluminium cladding) to 1" washwater pipework.

Designed and supplied 75 x HZIGS1400 1400mm long 100w 110v ATEX Certified Motor Winding Tapes.
